Armed 2A Teeth Prep works to provide reliable shipping and clear delivery expectations for every order.
Order Processing
Orders are reviewed and processed as quickly as possible after payment is successfully completed.
Some products may be fulfilled directly by Armed 2A Teeth Prep, while others may ship directly from an authorized distributor, manufacturer, or fulfillment partner.
Because products may ship from different locations, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.
Shipping Timeframes
Standard delivery typically takes approximately 8–10 business days, although many orders may arrive sooner.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Processing or transit times may vary because of product availability, supplier processing, carrier delays, holidays, weather, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Any estimated delivery date shown during checkout or provided by a carrier should be considered an estimate unless specifically stated otherwise.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated based on factors that may include:
- Product weight and dimensions
- Shipping destination
- Supplier or fulfillment location
- Selected shipping method
- Carrier rates
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.
Multiple Shipments
Because we work with multiple suppliers and fulfillment partners, an order containing multiple products may be shipped in more than one package.
You may receive separate tracking numbers for individual shipments.
Receiving one package does not necessarily mean the entire order has been delivered.
Tracking Information
When tracking information becomes available, it will normally be sent to the email address associated with the order.
Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after a shipping label has been created.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting an order.
If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer's responsibility.
Delivery Delays
Carrier and supplier delays can occasionally occur.
Armed 2A Teeth Prep is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, government actions, labor interruptions, or other transportation delays.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers when shipment information is available.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your shipment appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of damaged items or packaging when applicable
We will review the situation and, when appropriate, coordinate with the carrier, supplier, or fulfillment partner.
Do not discard damaged packaging until the issue has been resolved, as photographs or inspection may be required.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to manufacturer, distributor, carrier, geographic, legal, or regulatory shipping restrictions.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when a product cannot legally or reasonably be shipped to the requested destination.
If an order is canceled for this reason after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
International Shipping
Armed 2A Teeth Prep does not currently guarantee international shipping availability.
International shipping, if offered for a particular product or destination, will only be available when specifically shown as an eligible option during checkout.
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import laws, duties, taxes, customs requirements, and restrictions.
