Armed 2A Teeth Prep Return & Refund Policy

14-Day Return Window
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, documentation, and tags.

To request a return, contact support@armed2ateeth.com with your order number and reason for the return. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Restocking Fee
Approved non-defective returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee. The restocking fee does not apply when the return results from an incorrect, defective, or damaged item supplied by Armed 2A Teeth Prep.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return because of health, safety, regulatory, manufacturer, or supplier restrictions. These may include opened food or emergency consumables, opened medical or first-aid products, personalized or custom products, hazardous materials, clearance/final-sale merchandise, and gift cards.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number, description of the problem, and photographs when applicable so we can evaluate the issue.

Return Shipping
Unless the return results from our error or a defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fee or non-refundable shipping charges. Processing time by your financial institution may vary.

Exchanges
When possible, the fastest way to obtain a different item is to complete an authorized return and place a new order.
